On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, the Historic Core hosted its first in-person Board meeting since the beginning of COVID.
We had the pleasure of meeting new LAPD Central Area Captain, Elaine Morales. LAPD Senior Lead Officers and Historic Core Executive Director, Blair Besten, gave updates about the district and the neighborhood.
